Confirmed — this branch contains the manifest v1.29 upgrade from #16186 (68 active template manifest files bumped from v1.28 to v1.29, with the new optional bots.supportsTargetedMessages and bots.commandLists[].triggers properties). I updated the 6.12.0 changelog section accordingly in 76ff6be (renamed to "App manifest schema v1.29 adoption in templates" and documented the new properties). The manifest parser still supports v1.27/v1.28, so I kept that accurate rather than claiming v1.29 parser support.
